Delivery time within Finland is usually 2–5 business days from dispatch. For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

As our products are handmade from ceramic, each piece is unique. Small variations in shape, surface, and shade are a natural part of the product.

Orders within Finland are shipped via Posti or Matkahuolto. For international orders the shipping carriers may vary depending on the destination. The available shipping method and costs are shown at checkout before payment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by email at info@veistamo.com and include photos of both the product and the packaging.

An unclaimed parcel is not considered a return. Shipping costs will be charged for resending the order.
